• Induction heating systems

Inductive heating is a premium, quick and controlled method of heating. It represents an environmentally-friendly alternative to the traditional methods such as furnaces, oil baths or gas burners. Heating systems can be used in multi-functional ways and are also suitable for use with clutches, gear wheels, bushes, etc. These heating methods are also extremely protective towards to bearings. As a result of the controlled heating, unnecessary damage caused by change to the structure of the bearing rings and overheating of the grease in the bearing can be avoided.

• Assembly tools

Betex assembly tools are an absolute must when it comes to being able to assemble and dismantle bearings, bushes, sealing rings and belt pulleys in a precise and quick manner. We offer our customers an assembly tool set with various mounting rings, bushes as well as a hammer, plus mechanical and hydraulic bearing extractors that are suitable for use with many standard bearing sizes.
