Linear Axis Systems
Description:
The LIN axis modules are positioning systems driven by timing belts that can implement linear movements with programmable routes and speeds. Re-circulating ball guides run within the aluminium body. Multi-axle robotic systems can be constructed in a flexible manner to conform to the task in hand by combining multiple LIN modules.
Construction sizes are available for loads ranging from 1 kg to over 400 kg. Depending upon the requirement, it is possible to supply the units without a motor and transmission, with a step motor (SM) or with an servo motor (EC). Control units are prepared for the versions that come complete with a motor.

With drive shaft in accordance with customer specification
With transmission / motor flange in accordance with customer specification
Including planetary transmission as well as stepper / servo motor (braked / non-braked)

The linear modules are primarily used in the construction of special machines. Irrelevant whether dealing with simple feeding, equipping and discharge machines or with a completely modular production line, linear modules have been used for all of these purposes
